It’s that time again, the monthly round up of my favourite five businesses from the month of August #mumlittleloves is here. It has also been brought to my attention that I missed July, eek, I’m sorry, it must have been overlooked in the big move! So, I’m doing a big double post today of my favourites from July and August. You can find the last couple of months here and here. Gosh, this is so hard to choose each month, I share so many awesome little businesses every month that choosing just 5 per month is near impossible, but here goes …
JULY
Milly and Eugene was started by two creative sisters with a passion for all things beautiful. It is their wish to bring you unique and desirable pieces that have been hand selected from all over the world.
Emma is a mum of 5 kids and started Onyx and Smoke after an unsuccessful hunt for floor seating of her own. Her Dad is an upholsterer with 50+ years in the industry. Between the 2 of them they produce quality products in an exciting range of colours and fabrics. I am currently drooling over the velvet box floor seating, just gorgeous!
A gorgeous husband and wife team who are inspired by their little daughter Allie to create beautiful things.
Renee founded this children’s accessory company in 2014. She was inspired to create modern, practical baby products and leather head dresses using natural elements. They are whimsical, simple and delicate and 100% hand made in Melbourne. Such perfect gifts!
Loomology was created from a love of travel, interior design and hand made objects. Loomology offers authentic, handcrafted textiles from around the world framed to become a beautiful piece of art to adorn your home.
AUGUST
Beautiful artworks handmade by Colleen, for the free spirited little people in our lives. Each piece is created using acrylics, watercolours, splashes of ink, touches of metallics and embossing techniques that date back to the 1400’s. A true heirloom pieces to be treasured forever. You can choose a custom portrait or a print of one of her amazing pieces.
They are a little obsessed with towels over at Cosi, and that’s a good thing for us, because they have produced a stylish range of towels for our bambinos full of colour and personality. Make bath time fun with one of their soft and thirsty towels. My little Orly loves his (gifted).
Beeline design is the vision of wood artisan Adan Brislin, it was established in 2010. They specialise in beautifully designed handcrafted furniture from fin Australian timbers.
Quercus & Co is a wallpaper and fabric design company in Sydney. They print using the latest technology, their hand drawn designs are full of pattern and colour and are a beautiful addition to any home. I love the wall stamp range, it is fun and quirky!
A beautiful collection of crocheted foods and friends.
I hope you found something you love!
Happy Shopping!

I would also like to take this opportunity to answer a couple of questions I get asked regularly.
“Do you get paid to feature products?” No, I don’t. I feature products that I like or feel that my followers will like. I prefer to feature products that I have personally seen or used as I would hate to promote something that is of inferior quality or is not as it appears in photos. I want my followers and readers to trust my judgment on products.
Will you do promotional post in return for products? Yes, If I believe the product is of interest to my viewers. If I come to an agreement with a business to promote their business in return for a product I will disclose it as a ‘sponsored post’. Be prepared, If I do a sponsored post I will ask for a special offer for my readers, there has to be something in it for them too! Occasionally, I receive gifts with no prior arrangement to promote the product, If I choose to share these with you it’s because I genuinely love the item.
How do I get on #mumlittleloves? Simple! Tag me on Instagram, send me an e-mail, leave me a message, send me a sample, just alert me to your product. If I think my readers and followers will like it, I’ll feature it on Instagram and Facebook, and maybe even my blog!
